Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to consulting engagements booked with Content Ambercore (reviews, clinics, reporting cleanup, and related advisory). The website does not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Content Ambercore for consulting services described in an accepted proposal or invoice. Bank or card processing fees charged by your payment provider may be non-recoverable.

Timeframes

• Discovery calls listed as complimentary are not charged and have nothing to refund.
• Clinics: cancel or reschedule at least 5 business days before the session for a full refund of clinic fees paid. Later cancellations may receive a partial credit (typically 50%) if we cannot rebook the consultant’s day.
• Fixed-fee projects: deposit refunds depend on whether mapping work has started (see below).

Full or partial refunds

• Full refund of unused fees when we cancel an engagement or cannot supply the agreed consultant within a reasonable time.
• Partial refund when you cancel a project after kickoff but before substantial deliverables: unused hours or remaining phases may be refunded; completed mapping or drafting is charged proportionally.
• No refund for completed clinics, delivered review packs, or accepted final handovers.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party costs already incurred with your written approval (for example specialized venue hire).
• Time already spent on agreed on-site visits that you postponed with less than 2 business days’ notice (travel day fees as listed in the proposal).

Process and timing

Email info@content-ambercore.click with your invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, or by bank transfer if the original method is unavailable.

Deposits

Project deposits reserve consultant time. If you cancel before the kickoff meeting and we have not started document review, deposits are refundable minus a THB 3,000 administration fee. After kickoff or substantive file review, the deposit is applied to work performed and only the unused balance is considered.

No-shows and rescheduling

Clinic no-shows without 5 business days’ notice are charged in full. Rescheduling with adequate notice is usually free once; repeated moves may incur a THB 2,000 reschedule fee.

Work already started

Scripts, maps, and briefing drafts produced before cancellation remain billable. Upon request and payment of outstanding balances, we will share work completed to date under the same confidentiality terms as the original engagement.
