Python Ops Automation Review
A structured review of one live operations process — where work stalls, which steps still rely on memory, and which Python automations would reduce night-shift risk without rewriting your whole stack.
Who this is for
Operations leaders who already know something should be automated, but cannot risk a rewrite that ignores how the floor actually works. Typical clients include fulfillment desks, plant scheduling offices, and regional dispatch teams in Thailand who still glue systems together with shared folders and late-night copy-paste.
Result you leave with
A written automation plan for one named process: current-state map, failure points, recommended Python scripts or jobs, ownership, and a phased build order. You also receive a short briefing for supervisors so the plan is not trapped in a consultant’s notebook.
What is included
- Kickoff call and document intake (shift notes, sample files, access lists)
- One observed walkthrough of the live process (on-site preferred in Greater Bangkok)
- Risk and dependency notes: feeds, people, and time windows
- Draft Python approach for the highest-value automations — enough to estimate build effort
- Close-out session with your ops and IT contacts
What is excluded
- Full application rebuilds or new SaaS product selection
- Ongoing 24/7 support (available separately as a retainer after the review)
- Accessing systems without your written authorization
Provider and process
A Content Ambercore consultant leads the engagement. Week one is listening and mapping. Week two drafts the automation options against your constraints. Week three (when needed) refines the plan with your stakeholders and hands over the briefing pack.
Preparation
Please nominate a process owner who can walk the real steps, share anonymized sample files, and list systems we may inspect. Restrict credentials to read-only where possible.
Pricing and next step
Fees start at THB 85,000 for a focused single-process review; multi-site or heavily regulated environments are quoted after discovery. Request a discovery call and mention “Python Ops Automation Review.”
